text-based methods. VoxSigma is used by call management companies and for
defense applications. The transcripts are also used to generate statistics by
analyzing and categorizing customer calls.
The language identification module automatically identifies the language being
spoken from a set of 50 languages thereby providing language usage
statistics. For languages known to the system the phone calls are converted into
searchable texts.
